Duration: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026

General Objective The primary goal of the “Leaders of Tomorrow” project is to equip young people and youth workers with essential skills and tools to enhance their effectiveness in youth work.

The project aims to strengthen their ability to actively engage with the next generation, fostering leadership, project management, conflict resolution, and social inclusion competencies.

This initiative addresses a key skills gap identified by the European Union, where 70% of youth workers consider transversal skills vital for overcoming challenges in an increasingly complex European landscape (EU Youth Report 2022).
